If the product arrives damaged, leaked, defective or in any similar condition, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If you simply do not like the product or want to return it for any personal reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost. In such cases, please send the product back to our office address:

Once we receive and verify the returned parcel, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 2 working days.
Delivery is free across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days via Pakistan Post. No additional taxes or charges apply.
